These exclusive flats were at the top end of the market and fitted out exclusively to the clients design. In conjunction with the heating engineers T.B. Construction provided the floor screed. The system used was maxit fibre flow laid to a depth of 20mm over a mini tech heating system. The screed was laid to high tolerances to allow the varied final floor coverings to finish on a level plain.
Due to the location of this contract the site restrictions and the time limits all materials had to be delivered early morning and be used in a eight hour work period and all surplus material, debris and plant be cleared by early evening. T.B. Construction was able to carry this out using our specialist equipment which meant the material could be pumped from street level to levels 1 to 3. this process eliminated the time consuming effort of transporting the materials manually to the upper levels.
